There is a variety of yoga styles.
Whether you like to strengthen muscles in a power vinyasa class or release tension whilst calming the nervous system in a slow yin class. There is something for everyone! Teaching is a gift I receive since two years, privately and in yoga studios as a freelancer. Feel welcomed to get in touch with me so we can explore what suits your mind and body.

Hatha Yoga
Allign
Hatha Yoga is the mother of all styles of physical Yoga. Alignment and concentration are key to a practice which leaves you centred and alive. You are extensively working your body, the volume of your breath and steadiness of your mind. Get on your mat and explore your island of peace!
Vinyasa Yoga
Flow
Vinyasa Yoga is for everyone who likes to intuitively flow in their bodies. If you are looking for a mind-body experience leaving you sweaty, this is the right style for you. Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing sequence of movement connected to your breath. Hop into your favourite yoga clothes and feel like dancing!
Mama & Baby Yoga
Bond
Being a mother is a full-time job. Mama & Baby Yoga is the ability to experience that job meaningfully in many ways! Do you love yoga and would like to continue practicing whilst children are around? You never did yoga but would like to try? This class offers you and your child an opportunity to move, connect and try something new together!
Yin Yoga
Surrender
In Yin Yoga we release muscle tension and increase flexibility. In actively relaxing muscles in poses held between 3 to 10 minutes, your connective tissue and fascia are restored. Yin Yoga gives you the time to create a real meditative state. It allows you a pause from the speed of life and leaves you feeling steady and restored. Hop into something comfy & get calm!
